Position Details:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in booking events, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Avalon Catering.
Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer services throughout the sales process. If you have a passion for farm-to-table cuisine, a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
You’re the perfect candidate if:
- You are looking for a flexible schedule and work location
- You thrive working independently and collaboratively
- You have a great attitude and social spirit to work with a variety of clients
- You are able to provide excellent customer service in all event types
- You’re a pro at managing multiple tasks and clients at once
What we need from you:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including events and weekends, to accommodate client needs and attend events when necessary
- Reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge and passion for farm-to-table cuisine and the ability to effectively communicate its value to clients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse client groups

$18-22 / hour, based on experience | Flexible Hours | Hiring Multiple New & Experienced Applicants

Positions we have open:
- Servers (experience is a plus but not required)
- Bartenders (experience necessary)
- Event Chefs (experience necessary)

- Looking for a flexible schedule to earn extra income
- A team player who can work at a fast pace and under pressure
- Someone with a great attitude and work ethic
- Able to provide excellent customer service in all event types
What we need from you:
- Week and weekend availability (early morning and evening shifts)
- Reliable transportation
- Polished appearance, good personal hygiene, and adherence to team uniform
- Able to lift between 15- 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout events
