The new menu brings an added structure, clarity and consistency to the same world-class cuisine and flawless execution that have come to characterize our client experience.
Spring Summer Menu 2017
The new menu brings a plethora of great client benefits that simplify, clarify and improve the catering experience for clients. These include:

  • Better descriptions. Our new and improved descriptions provide added detail on flavor and presentation, including temperature, garnish and plating. We also provide more source information on ingredients where possible.
  • Clearer quantities. Better estimates of serving size and quantity of food items mean that it’s now easier for clients to identify how much/many of each food to order. This means reduced costs, reduced waste, and more satisfied (and full) guests.
  • Incremental guest counts. Guest counts now start at 20 and go up in increments of 5. This will increase order efficiency and reduce client worry every time a person drops out or an additional RSVP comes in late.
  • More dietary information. For vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free items, our menus now clearly denote items that meet dietary restrictions for each group. This also helps our servers answer guest questions more effectively on dietary restrictions.
